Project Description: This web site is
database driven and builds pages "on the fly"
based on the selected link.

Business Need: The General Services organization
needed a cost-effective method of providing its products
and services to over 20,000 employees. This site was designed
to be very low maintenance, pulling contact information
for the corporate Active Directory and product/service detail
from an Oracle database. New products/services could be
added on the fly by staff associates with the results automatically
available to employees using the web site.

Project Description: This online help
file was launched from within the system it describes.

Business Need: The Energy Delivery team
implemented a new software package for its Service Technicians
to use on mobile data computers (MDC) in the field. As
technicians were trained on the system and the use of MDCs,
this
help
file provided instant access to instructions needed to
complete work orders in the field.
